Monthly Fee - $29/mo

These costs cover software service fees that are paid to SimpleGive, the monthly maintenance fees paid to the Visa/MasterCard/Discover merchant account provider(s) and the monthly gateway fee. If your organization doesn’t receive any online tithes/donations during a month, this is all that you will owe. Below are a couple key points on our monthly costs:

ACH/eCheck is also available, but the merchant processor charges an additional $5.00 monthly statement fee.
American Express is also available, but they charge an additional $7.95 monthly statement fee.

Credit Card Transaction Fees 2.50% per transaction
All card transactions are charged 2.50% per transaction. We offer a very competitive rate and remove the complexity from pricing by charging one rate no matter the type of card. Please keep this in mind when comparing providers. Some quote prices by saying "as low as 2.10%", but this is misleading since many card types (rewards cards, business cards, etc) are charged more.
ACH / eCheck Transaction Fees 1.00% + $0.24 per transaction
ACH and eCheck transactions are only 1.00% plus 24 cents per transaction. ACH/eCheck funds are deposited in your account in 4 business days. ACH Only accounts (if you don't want to accept credit/debit cards) are available. The monthly fee is $34/month and the transaction fees are the same.
